Recipe: Dijon Honey Mustard Turkey Cutlets.

 

Dijon Honey Mustard Turkey Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic,
freshly ground pepper, to taste
4 turkey cubes or steaks

Instructions:
Rub the grill lightly with oil or spray with non-stick vegetable spray while the grill is cold. Always turn turkey with a spatula or tongs to keep the juices in. Baste the turkey with Dijon mustard, and honey on bbq grill. Turkey cubes are good for summertime grilling, especially served alongside barbecued vegetables. Preheat grill to medium heat, brush with oil if desired. Grill cutlets (4 to 6 inches) above coals for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center.If cutlets are not available, cut 1 pound of boneless, skinless turkey breast into 6 inch slices.
