GARLIC PORK CHOPS WITH HONEY RECIPE 1/4
cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 boneless center-cut lean pork chops
Combine all ingredients except pork chops in small
bowl. Place pork chops in a baking dish; pour marinade over pork chops.
Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Remove pork chops from marinade,
heat remaining marinade in small saucepan over medium heat to simmer.
Broil pork chops 4 to 6 inches from stove cap for 13-15 minutes, turning
once during cooking and coating frequently with marinade. Makes
