HONEY GLAZED PRAWNS
WITH LINGUINI RECIPE

pound prawns
2/3 cup julienne carrots
2/3 cup sliced celery
2/3 cup sliced green onions
3 cloves minced garlic
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup honey
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary leaves
1 pound cooked linguini pasta
Cook prawns, carrots, celery, green onions and
garlic in oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat about 5 minutes
or until prawns start to turn brown. Combine remaining ingredients
except linguini pasta in a small bowl; mix well. Add to prawn mixture; stir-fry
about 1 min. or until sauce thickens. Serve over linguini pasta.
